It should be noted that the ZipChip accelerator has been discontinued
for quite some time now. REMCorp (formerly MCTA and Zip Technologies)
no longer manufactures, supports or sells an accelerator product for the
8-bit Apple II line. Some vendors may have a limited stock of ZipChips
available, but most likely you'll have to search for them second-hand.
The ZipChip was available in a 4 MHz and 8 MHz configuration, both with
8K of cache intergrated into the actual chip design (I recall it was
slightly taller than a regular 40-pin 65C02 DIP).

REMCorp still produces the ZipGS accelerator board for the Apple IIgs,
although they stopped selling certain configurations (ie, 7 MHz/8k cache).
EGO Systems seems to be the main distributor now.
