I would pull the motherboard and re-solder the power connector pins. One 
may have a cracked solder joint.

By FAR, the best place to get a replacement power supply is from Steve 
Buggie, who sells modified IBM power supplies for about $30 (depending on 
options). The power supply is too big to be installed in the case, and is 
cabled to be placed on the floor or behind the computer.
