Good way to clean dusty motherboard?

Where to get replacement keys.  Basically the "+" shaped top of each
"plunger" is busted, and the key cap missing.

Suggestions in mounting the motherboard and power supply in a PC case?
Tower case? Mac case? Mac tower case?  How to deal with the keyboard?

How to get free money from Beagle Bros?  My catalog must be a misprint,
I can't find the darned page. *

The X6 jumper is the shift-key mod, what are the other six for?
(there's only seven right? I didn't notice any others...)

What is the CR2 LED for? (near the video jack)
     ...and that single pin, J12, just below it?

I notice labelings for various other parts but nothing soldered in,
what are they for?  (I'm guessing some have to do with foreign models?):

resistor: R33
?: OS1 OS2 SA1
