Info wanted on MultiRAM //e card by Checkmate Technology Inc (1985)

I just got a 2nd hand MultiRAM //e card with no RAM chips and no documentation.
Can anyone assist with:

1)	What size and speed RAM chips are required
2)	What combinations of memory are accepted (256/512/768KB would be my
	first guess)
3)	I assume J1 is the DHRes jumper (I can check that when I get it home)
4)	The re is a marking for J2 but no jumper pins - does this mean the 60
	pin expansion connector instead?
