SuperwWorks is an OK clone of Appleworks, but last I looked it only has
the ability to IMPORT documents. This means that you will be stuck with
SuperWorks forever and ever. It's not even remotely that good. Especially
when you consider that it doesn't do WYSIWYG or TrueType.
By FAR, a better gift would be Cross-Works. This is a utility that
enables you to transfer files between the Apple II and PC, and it comes
with translators for Appleworks and about 30 different PC formats.
Cross-Works comes with special comm software for both machines and a
special multi-head cable that can hook just about any Apple and PC
together.
I personally use Cross-Works and Microsoft Works on my PC, and I am very
happy with the setup. MS Works is a pretty good program, and every PC
application in the universe recognizes the Works formats.
Cross-Works can be bought from the publisher, SoftSpoken Inc.

Good luck.
