Need access to Apple IIe with dual floppy drive

Hi
I'm in desperate need of access to a computer that can take a document 
written in Multiscribe on a IIc that only has a 5 1/4 inch drive, and 
transfer to a 3 1/2 inch floppy.
As you can see from my signature I live in Sydney, Australia. So if you 
are also in this local and can help, please let me know. The person who 
I'm doing this for does not have a lot of money.
