Not specifically, but I recall buying my Apple //e in late summer of '83, and
it had the black lettered keys, and the original rev A yellow board.

I remember the motherboard failing, and I got a rev B to replace it for free,
and later got the enhancement kit for it.

My girlfriend at the time was miffed that I bought the Apple //e instead of a
car. Priorities.
