1.  I'll let someone else answer this one.
2.  It might be kinda hard to find a monitor that will hook up directly to
the IIGS.  An option is to purchase the Second Sight video card, and a
SVGA monitor from any computer dealer.  It will cost more, but provides
better video quality.
3.  Not made any more - you'll have to find someone willing to sell
theirs.
4.  Intrec (makers of ProTerm) is one place - the one I got from them
works fine.
