AppleTalk Networking

I am about to set up an AppleTalk network using a mixture of
AppleTalk connector boxes and PhoneNet connector boxes.

Are there any problems with mixing the two types of connectors on
the same network?

Does the network need to be terminated at each end? I am planning
on placing four machines on the network with a total wiring length
of 10 metres.

Can someone please provide the cable pinouts for an AppleTalk (mini
din 3) to Phonenet (RJ 11) cable.
