Should I stay or should I go?

Deja vu all over again!!!
 
Didn't we go through this about a year ago?  And at least once before
that?  "Dr. Tom", you were going to go away and never come back,
then, too.  You swore you had taken all the abuse you could stand,
and were going to sell your IIGS and leave the Apple II world
forever.  You went on and on for weeks about how much you were hurt
by certain people and their accusations of piracy, copyright
infringement, and fraud, and how your departure would leave a large
hole in the A2 world.
 
Didn't last 2 months, you were back.  You were good for a while (or
at least civil), but lately you've been the same nasty person,
picking fights with the other long-time regulars, that I saw when I
first started reading this group in late 1994.
 
While I know you're not totally to blame, I've become so tired of all
the nastyness and name-calling (including "Matthew Carlson's" flames
and fraudulent posts about you and Nathan) that I put "Dr. Tom" in my
K-file for both author and subject.  (That's why I quoted John
Lesher's reply rather than "Dr. Tom's" original.)
 
Turley, I don't give a darn whether you go or stay.  I won't see your
posts either way (or your web site).  I don't believe that you really
care what the rest of us think.  Neither do I believe that if you do
go, this time you'll stay away.  You didn't stay gone the last time.
(Did you ever really leave?)  If you really feel you want/need to
leave, you'll go and not look back, no matter what anybody here says.
 
So no more BS about leaving it up to the CSA2 crowd.  You know that
some folks here like you, and some wish you'd stayed gone last time.
Make your own decision, and act on it, but don't try to blame any of
us for it.  But if you do decide to leave, this time keep your word
and stay gone.
