A regular flat-bladed screwdriver should be all that is needed. There
are several plastic catches molded into the plastic that hold the case
together. I don't remember where they all are, but the first one you
would need to get is at the front at about the middle of the space bar.
Work your screwdriver gently between the top and bottom case and release
the catch. Work around both sides to the back getting all the others and
then the top should hinge up and release. Just go slowly and you should
be fine.
