HTML.Editor

I have been doing some web work and have been doing the text and Netscape 
thing until I ran across a download I had called HTML.EDITOR.  I must 
have downloaded it from somewhere but I don't know where.  I am not to 
familiar with HyperCard but it seemed pretty neat.  Is there any support 
for this?  Where can I find the DOCs?  Any help with this ... even 
someone who uses it and has been pretty successful.  I used it but it 
didn't seem to work with out manual text manipulation.  So I figured I 
was just unskilled with it.  :)
