Why?  This group is completely obsolete, and its function is
duplicated by comp.binaries.apple2 (or possibly comp.sys.apple2).

It was a gateway to the Bitnet "Apple2-L" mailing list (I believe), and
appeared to be a binaries group, judging by its content a few years
back.  Very little has appeared in it recently, mostly one-off queries.

Followups have been directed to comp.sys.apple2.
