Since you are in the LA area, I would suggest contacting either Kieruff or Hamilton/Avnet Electronics as possible sources. There are other industrial electronics as well. I have dealt with both before and have no problem with them shipping UPS/COD. Sometimes you can get them to send out samples for free if you BS a little.
