Two friends recently upgraded their RF's to the latest Rom. Both have
a CD 150 connected to their SCSI chain. Since then the RF started
recognizing disks that didn't work before, but what was worst, and I
quote: "it seems that it's more sensitive to errors; most of my cdroms
cannot be read anymore WITHOUT much troubles!".

I'm not so sure if I should upgrade my RF to the latest ROM to be
able to work with the SS (it's been in it's box since October last year!), 
because I DON'T want to have to take my BBS down!

And probably wait till Xmas before you get it back? :-)
