Moving disk from A2 to A2 emulator

Could someone please help me with this?

I have an Apple //c and a mac and I would like to find a way to do a
serial link (null modem) between them and be able to move files between
them. Dose anyone know what kind of cable and software I would need on
bolth systems? How would I make the cable using parts from radio shack?
Where would I get the software?
