Aaargh, I had a lot of problem with this unit on my DecStation; there is no way
to change the parity check in this hard disk, so if the scsi host adapter is
not compatible (in the term of parity check) with the OEM 31080 just you can't
use it.
This doesn't mean that you have the same problem but I suggest to check on your
Apple Rev.C SCSI card the settings of the parity checking.
