GraphicWriter IIIV2 "Fit in Windiw" Patch

G'day All,
          I've been using GraphicWriter III Ver 2 and have been annoyed that
there's no keyboard equivalent for "Fit to Size", despite the manual
erroneously stating that OA-0 did it.
 
So I've added my own keyboard command using Genesys. Foundation can also be
used and is freeware freely available so that would be handy if you haven't
got Genesys.
 
Before making any of these patchs, remember -
 
DO THESE ON BACKUPS OF YOUR FILES/DISKS - NOT THE ORIGINAL!!!!
 
Heres what to do -
 
Genesys
==========
 
1) Fire up Genesys and Open the GWIII program and from the list of resources 
given in the left scrolling field, double click on the "Menu Item" option.
 
2)from the list of resources given in the right scrolling field, double click
on the "MENUITEM_00000142" option.
 
3) a window titled "MENUITEM_00000142" should appear with "Fit in Window" in
it.
 
4) Double click on the "Fit in Window" and click in the edit box that appears
just after the Open Apple symbol on the far right.
 
5) Type in a  3  in this edit box.
 
6) Close all the windows on screen and save the info when asked.
 
Finished!

 
Foundation
===========
 
1) Open the GWIII program and from the list of resources given, double click
on the "800A Menu Item" option. This opens a window called "Menu Item".
 
2) scroll down until you find the "MENUITEM_00000142" option from the 
list of resources given and double click on the "MENUITEM_00000142" option.
 
3) a window titled "MENUITEM_00000142" should appear.
 
4) Enter a  3  in the edit boxes titled "Item Char" and "Item Alt Char".
 
5) close all windows and answer Save when asked.
 
Finished!!
 

I hope others can benefit from this handy tip.

patch/modification easy to do.
