Cable Reconstruction

I'm trying to connect an IBM-compatible keyboard to my PC Transporter, but
am missing a crucial cable. It runs from the J5 port on the PCT to a DIN 5
connector, where the cable would plug in. If someone could send me
instructions on how to make the cable, or just the pinouts on the card and
the matching pinouts on the DIN 5 connection, I'd appreciate it.
