Apple II help

Folks.. I've been asked to help a library that works with "handicapped" folks -
BUT I need to find some resources for Apple IIs that can make it easier for
the physically challenged to use their computers.. anyone have any suggestions
or sources for programs or even hardware?  I know I have read some things
in the past - probably in the old Softalk or A+ but would appreciate any
thoughts or comments to provide some guidance. Any resources on the Web you
might know about would also be appreciated. Thanks!
