Who cares what Apple thinks?

Nope. Not for every application. Finder is System Software. And lets not
even go anywhere near Windows, ok?

Nope. I only program in 8 bits. If I ever write a Gui, maybe. I could
really go for a nice command line now and then...

Nope. Its annoying to have to get info on every folder in a window. My
Apple HS SCSI is fast enough so the Finder could use a bit of time
calculating folder sizes on the fly and displaying that data in list
views, juts like files.

Instead of the GS/OS 6 or Mac System 6 zoom box behavior, the Mac System 7 kind.

An extra step. Needs an option in Preferences, wherever it may be, to
allow icons to snap to grid on the fly. Maybe a staggered view and a
straight view. See the Macintosh "Views" CDEV."
