If interested make an offer - but

Please don't pick out little pieces.  This will not work.  Make an offer
for the Apple IIe and all associated hardware.  You can part it out at
your convenience.  If I wanted to sell little pieces I'd take the stuff to
our clubs next swap meet.

Software - make an offer based on all the games or all the other stuff or
just all the software.

Okay - that desk is heavy - it would make a good worktable - separate
offer for that acceptable.

If all the hardware and all the software is sold and the buyers do not
include a request for all the small stuff - cables, files, backup disks,
etc.  I'll list that specifically and seek an offer separately.
