I saw this clip at the 4th Apple (Australia) Users Group Conference way
back in '92. It was a frame-grabbed clip of the "asteroids" sequence where
the Milennium Falcon was being chased by a number of TIE fighters (I
think).
The entire sequence was in 16 grays and ran in 320*200 mode, full screen.
It occupied all of a Apple 40SC Hard Drive, and used a patched ProDOS to
get over the 32mb partition limit. As mentioned by Leif, it was put
together to demo the new Apple High Speed SCSI Card's DMA ability and its
sheer speed.
It certainly was very impressive to see the IIgs flying along at 30 fps!!
I spoke to an Apple Tech at the time about getting a copy and the reply
was "it's impossible" - he was obviously lying, after all HE had a copy!!
