Looking for Apple IIe Software (CHEAP!)

I just purchased an Apple IIe compatible (Franklin Ace), at an auction 
that out local school district had, for $20.  This is the first computer 
that I really learned programing on and now I would like to get some 
software for it.  What I would really like to get is AppleWorks and 
Pascal Programing for it.  Also, I heard something before about being 
able to network an Apple IIe and a Mac, is this possible with a Franklin 
Ace and what kind of hardware would I need and about how much would it 
run me?  This would really only be for fun so I don't want to spend a 
bundle, but I thought I would like to let it be able to share my 
LaserWriter IInt.  Also, since it has been over 5 years since I used a 
IIe how does one get it into 80 column mode?  Please e-mail responses to
