Yeah, he did the Apple II User's Guide, and then the IIc User's guide.
Those are two I have.

When I was making games with my friend, we called the IIc User's Guide
The Bible.

'Pass me the bible,' we'd say.

I'm also a huge fan of Roger Wagner's 'Apple IIGS Machine Language for
Beginners'. That's the book that reminded me about the IIGS easter egg
yesterday.
