Hmmm. Could be a software problem. Maybe some GS/OS files got corrupted
on your InnerDrive. Also check your InnerDrive for errors.
Have you added any inits (system.setup folder files) lately?
Try booting holding shift down.
Have you added any software or hardware lately?
Have you changed anything at all on your system?
Could be hardware but it would have to only effect the 16 bit mode of
the processor and GS/OS. More likely it would be a bug between GS/OS and
the hardware. Of course this could be some weird TransWarp bug. But, I'm
not qualified to answer that because I don't have the card.
DMA problem?
God forbid if your running HFS FST. The unpatched version.
