Antonio:

Alltech was very slow at sending me my SoundMeister card in Canada. 
Then when it didn't work, I sent it back for repair (six months 
later). It took them 3 months to send it back. By then I had ditched 
my IIGS so they refunded my money (including shipping) for the card. 
Now 	I did lose about $30.00 (import duties each time). But they are 
a slow company but seem to be quite reputable and honourable.

Just one person's experience.
