You can't. In fact, I'd be surprised if you could access a PC file
server at all. (It would only be possible if the PC supports the
server end of the full AppleTalk Filing Protocol, including features
required for Apple II support.)
Booting from it is out of the question, unless they have gone to the
trouble of implementing the Apple II network boot facility which has
never been fully documented by Apple, and is not supported by any
server other than AppleShare version 2.x or 3.x.
