IIGS --> Mac

Hi,
  I'm sure this question's been asked a million times, sorry.
I've got an old IIGS and a new Mac, and I want to move some files (mostly
text) from the GS to the Mac.
  Ideally, I guess I'd like to do it via Null Modem, but I'm not sure
how.  I'd be just as happy if I could get the Mac to read IIgs 3.5"
floppies.
  Can anyone help with either of these questions?
