PC Transporter Help

I just got ahold of a PC Transporter with the GS Installation kit; but no 
manuals to show how to set it up.
Anyone know how to do this properly?  I have it in Slot 7 at the moment; 
but pr#7 just seems to freeze up the system.  I tried plugging the GS 
monitor into the Colorswitch port that came with the Installation kit, 
but got nothing on the screen, and I tried plugging the Apple 3.5" drive 
into the drive port that came with the Installation kit, but still nothing.
What do I need to do here?
