PD laser drivers/ questions

	I found a used HP laserjet 500C for 175 recently.  Are there PD 
laser drivers that work?  Using Nathan Mates and Lynx, I got to grind.iowa 
and found only one.  I tried a friend's HP Deskwriter (for a Mac), 
connected the serial ports, but AWGS reported that it couldn't find my 
Printer Port.  Using the NDA control panel, all I have is the DC Printer 
(currently through my slot 1 parallel card to my Panasonic 9-pin using an 
Epson emulator, System 6.0.1).  Using the CDA control panel, and setting 
the Printer Port, still no output.  Is Harmonie the consensus? Do I need 
Pointless, too?  How about those new laser/inkjets selling at the Office 
Depots for $199? (Canon BJC-210 and Epson Stylus Clr IIS).  Thanks...Ron
