The CD and EF ROMs on the original IIe motherboard are 2764s (8Kx8)
or equivalent.  In the US IIe, the video ROM is a 2732 (4Kx8), and the
keyboard ROM is a 2716 (2Kx8).  In the international IIe, the
video ROM is a 2764 and I'm not sure about the keyboard ROM (probably
still only a 2716).

I think the platinum IIe (with numeric keypad built in) uses a single
27128 (16Kx8) for the firmware ROM.
