Odd error. May I suggest a system rebuild after using a disk
verification program such as ProSEL-16?

Please give us the full and exact error number if you want an
answer that's far more than just a guess. If it's '0201', that's a
sign that some init/etc has eaten some memory and not released it. Does
the same error happen when you shift-boot? If shift-booting fixes it,
start culling out non-apple DAs, inits, control panels, and the like
until you find the offending critter.

Never got very far into release. I'd like a copy, also.
