Yes and no.  The video output of the "stock" IIgs is restricted to 640 x 200
pixels.  While a bigger monitor will give you a bigger screen, it won't
change the number of pixels on that screen...it's just that the pixels
that are there will get bigger.

There are some monitors out there that can sync down to the IIgs sync
rate, but one of the gurus will have to help you there.
