Hi Adam,

	UtilityLaunch is a Shareware program which contains this feature.  
It is available from:
	
	George R. Wilde

	Harbor City, CA 90710-1812

I have version 2.4 and really like the program.  The companion to this 
software is UtilityWorks.  I use them both.  When I 
received my copies, the shareware fee was $25.00 for both programs.
