Apple IIe and Publish It!

Okay guys, I am a school teacher and I am getting ready to mess with
Publish It for the Apple IIe.

I understand this program has the capability of outputing to a postscript
laserprinter, the point is what do I need to do this though?

The printer I would be printing to is a Apple Laserwriter Select 360. Do I
just run a serial cable from the IIe to the printer and let the switch
auto-detect what is coming in and how to print it? Do I need an Appletalk
card? Help Help Help!
