Well, looking at the label on the bottom of my ROM 1's power supply:
it is made Astec, in Malaysia. It says that the input is 230V AC at
63 watts, 50 or 60 Hz. No mention of switching options or other
voltages.
Opening it up: there is nothing inside which hints at an adjustable
voltage. There is certainly no jumper, or alternative place to connect
the power input. The fuse is lablelled "250V" on the board (though
that doesn't prove anything). The step-down transformer appears to
only have a single winding.
Perhaps the US one is universal. The NZ/Australia one certainly
doesn't appear to be.
I have a 110V IIgs supply somewhere (at work, I think), so I'll have a
look inside that one and see if I can spot any differences.
