'fraid not.  The enhanced IIe's mini-assembler and disassembler do not
support the new 65C02 opcodes.  Only the IIc and IIgs support them.

Yes, it is a big deal if you are running a program which uses
mousetext to implement its display.

It is also a big deal if you are running an older program which uses
the inverse character set that was replaced by MouseText (e.g. old
versions of AppleWriter // for the //e), because they become illegible.
