It took a while for me to get my GW3 due to the fact that right when I
decided to order a new version was supposed to be coming out. they rewrote
the thing so it works much better, and then they had to redo documentation
and such. Either hang in there for a little longer, or call back to voice
confirm. I forget if it was when I ordered spectrum or gw3 that there
voice-mail system went down in a storm and they lost a bunch of orders they
hadn`t typed in yet.
