     Don't confuse Yovelle and Genie.  Yovelle wants your money, as much 
of it as possible; Genie is a comparative handful of people that have 
nowhere near as much contact with the new owners as they did with the old, 
and far more negative mail to cope with than before.  (Let's see, judging 
by the head count on the RTCs I frequent it seems possible that a full fifth
of the userbase jumped ship, many with irate letters to FEEDBACK; throw in
the people who didn't leave but did send letters...how long does it take a 
handful of people to slog through 5,000 emails received all at once?)
