I asked the same question of Seven Hills the other day after I received 1.0 
from them in the mail. They said there is no newer version. They had 
contracted with someone, perhaps the original authors, to do an upgrade to 
1.1, but the project fell through and none is currently on the drawing board. 
Sevens Hills says, however, that they haven't ruled out the possibility of an 
upgrade to The Manager, if they can find a programmer willing to take on the 
project.
