FTP site problems

Has anybody else had problems using the 'ground' ftp site?
(ground.>something<.uiowa.edu)
Once I go into a directory I can succesfully view the "blah.shk.txt /
blah.shk.info" files, but when I try to download the actualy "blah.shk" it
tells me that their is some sort of "document not found problem".
