My copy of AppleWorks is version 3, so I can't verify this personally, 
but I recall that Hewlett-Packard printer drivers were added to versions 
4 and 5 of AppleWorks, which are sold through Scantron Quality Computers. 
I'm sure their tech support line will give you the skinny before you 
plunk down the dollars for an upgrade.
