RAMFast SCSI V3.01f

I just purchased a RAMFast SCSI card for my Apple IIgs and can't get
the thing to work right with either my HD or the Bernoulli Box
External 150. System 6.0 boots up on my first HD partition into
ProSel16 fine. When I look at what partitions are available, it shows
two of my six HD partitions. Using the utilities, I mapped all six HD
partitions and created 3 partitions for the Bernoulli. The Bernoulli
box made the three partitions, but could not format them, giving me an
MLI error code. Last time it just locked hard and gave me a code at
the upper left corner (C0)

After rebooting, the second partition of the Bernoulli box came up,
but not the rest of the HDD's partitions, still only showing HD1 and
HD2. When I tried to format the Bernoulli drive's partition using
ProSel, the machine accessed the drive for about 15 minutes without
getting to the part where it asks what file system to use (ProDOS or
HFS). I rebooted and went to the RAMFast utilities and saw that
partition 2 on the Bernoulli was renamed to FIX. I repartitioned and
the FIX went away.

I tried disconnecting the Bernoulli, and still only two of six HDD
partitions display. I've tried many combinations of SCSI termination
(last, middle, off, on, etc.) and it really hasn't made much
difference. Tech support at Sequential Systems has not yet been able
to provide any answers towards overcoming this problem. Any help
here? I sure would like to get this working and keep the card. I had
high hopes after seeing so many positive posts about the RAMFast here.
