System Errors and SCSI

Two separate subjects here

1. Is there a list of system errors and their meanings? I regularly get
a Fatal $0911 on reboots which I assume is due to overheating but
don't know for sure. It goes away after several reboots or
switching it off and leaving it to cool for 10 minutes.

2. Having problems trying to put a 510Mb Seagate drive on my SCSI
chain. If the drive is on it's own SlotScan sees it correctly as
510Mb. If I connect it to my 330Mb drive then the 510Mb
disappears and the 330Mb works fine. I figured this was a term
problem so tried an active terminator but still no joy. My setup
    is...

    ROM01 GS
Mem Slot: Sirius Ram GS, 4 x 1Mb SIMMs
    Slot 7: Rev.C SCSI (ID7), 330Mb (ID5), 540Mb (ID0), Active Term.
    Slot 2: Super Serial Card
    All other slots at default

FDHD, 3.5" Drive and 5.25" Drive on smartport.

Is there a SCSI FAQ or a troubleshooting guide anywhere? I thought
I was getting the hang of this SCSI lark... :(

Thanks for any help!
