Okay, it sounds like there's quite a bit of interest in my rewrite of the
old STS CDA (judging from all the email I got, plus the posts here.) I'll
go ahead and clean up what I've already written and release it as-is.
That means this first version will only do SHR screen saves and it will
only work from within GS/OS.
When I get a little more free time, I'll add the ProDOS 8 support and
look into saving other screen types (instead of just SHR.)
Gareth, if you have my "patched" version of STS, you shouldn't have any
trouble with Spectrum. I don't have the source code in front of me, but
I'm pretty sure it removes the background task after each screen save.
(The original version left the background task in there, eating up valuable
CPU time.)
