Tried ftp.support.apple.com in /pub/apple_sw_updates/US/Apple_II
There is a HyperCardGS folder but the filnames have spaces in which really
screws up my FTP software.

I couldn't get into ftptoo due to anon login limitations...

Eventually found it at ftp.info.apple.com in directory
/Apple.Support.Area/Apple_SW_Updates/US/Apple_II
There are System6.0.1 and HyperCardGS folders in Mac an A2 formats.
