	A stereo *.WAV file is actually _two_ sound files appended,
one for right channel and the other for the left channel. rSound 3
cannot decode and playback both channels, nor does it understand how
to separate the sample into two halves. Supporting it shouldn't be
too difficult, there's no reason a IIgs shouldn't be able to playback
a 22 KHz+ stereo WAV from a Macintosh or PC.
