EasyMount is *not* related to EasyAccess.

EasyAccess gives you "sitcky keys" and "keyboard mouse."

EasyMount gives you the "Make Alias..." item in the Finder's "Extras"
menu, and the ability to double-click the resulting alias files. Finder
Extensions (such as EasyMount) do not load when you shift boot, so I
assume that you have some other problem (an important file in your
System folder may be corrupted; I'd run a filesystem checker such as
Mr.Fixit, address any problems you find, and re-run the Installer).
