I have also tried several phone call to get intouch.  PMP fax doesn't work 
on my system either. I have AT&T Dataport.  Anyone figure this one out 
yet??

All i get from tech support is ring, ring, ring then an answering machine 
with messages that never get returned.

Funny thing, I left my order for PMPfax on that machine and it got to me 
just fine  (if you consider not working fine)
